Following up his demonstration at the last congress of what a real restaurant sitting was like in Azurmendi, Eneko Atxa has set himself a bigger challenge this time: to cook all the recipes of the new season at his restaurant in 30 minutes. To do this, he will be on stage at the Kursaal with a large section of his crew. A performance not to be missed.
