A French retrospective with a Spanish accent.

Sauces and stews formed the basis of French cuisine. Chef Romain Fornell, a bridge between the two styles of cookery on either side of the Pyrenees, will be explaining the key points of the current use of these essential features of French cuisine, and pointing out the changes this kind of cooking has undergone with the emergence of contemporary cuisine.
