Workshop
Southern glow
Sponsored by Winterhalter
Benito Gómez and Israel Ramos will be offering us a unique experience on a journey through some of the world's different gastronomies.
The “Brillo del Sur” workshop is sponsored by Winterhalter, a leading international Washing Solutions company. Their journey will take us to the cuisine of the South of Spain through the different flavours of the world. We will delight in an experience to stimulate all our senses, the harmony of the wines of Jerez and Ronda combined with the magnificent fare of two fine chefs, Israel Ramos (Restaurante Mantua 1*Michelin Star/ 1 Repsol "Sol") and Benito Gómez (Restaurante Bardal 2*Michelin Stars/2 Repsol "Soles").
Your taste buds will be journeying to destinations such as Latin America, Europe and Asia, alongside the best kilometre-zero produce.
