For this talk/tasting session, we intend to showcase a number of cooking events in a bid to demonstrate our surroundings and their history to the general public, in various geographic regions: the Mar Menor, the Cartagena countryside, the Calblanque nature park, and La Azohía and the "almadraba" fishing technique. Thereby generating synergies between the environment, the product, and diners.
