The project is divided into ten chapters that include a selection of 170 of the 500 texts published in the different media in which he works, including El Correo and XL Semanal. A compendium of essays in which the author's particular vision of man's relationship with the kitchen is woven with the threads of "memories, loves, lost trades, anecdotes from the past, collective memories and all those vital pieces that make up existence".
