The 12th San Sebastian Gastronomika - Euskadi Basque Country National Grill Competition started out in 2010 in the wake of the successful "Planeta Parrilla" congress. In a bid to publicise one of our most special and exquisite cookery techniques, the grill, the "greatest roasters" are being sought the length and breadth of Spain.
